Ultimate Asset Rotation System [MarktQuant]

355
The Ultimate Asset Rotation System (UARS) is a powerful indicator designed to help traders identify the strongest-performing asset among a customizable set of up to five symbols (e.g., SOLUSD, ETHUSD, BTCUSD). By analyzing relative strength, trend direction, and risk metrics, UARS provides a systematic approach to asset rotation, aiming to optimize portfolio allocation based on market conditions.

Key Features
Relative Strength Scoring: Compares asset pairs to determine which asset outperforms others, using a user-defined strategy speed and threshold settings.
USD Trend Confirmation: Evaluates each asset’s trend against USD to confirm bullish or bearish signals, ensuring robust allocation decisions.
Equity Curve Tracking: Visualizes the performance of individual assets and the system’s overall equity, with customizable display options.
Risk Metrics: Calculates Sharpe, Sortino, and Omega ratios, along with maximum drawdown, to assess risk-adjusted performance.
Intuitive Visuals: Displays results in three dynamic tables, showing asset rankings, trend signals, and performance metrics for easy interpretation.
Customizable Inputs: Allows users to select assets, adjust thresholds, set colors, and define the start date for equity calculations.

How It Works❓
Asset Comparison: UARS calculates relative strength scores by comparing each asset against the others using a universal trend following strategy function imported from a library.
Trend Analysis: Assesses each asset’s trend against USD using the STAGGY_UV library, generating long or short signals based on user-defined thresholds.
Winner Selection: Identifies the top-performing asset (the "Dominant Asset") based on the highest relative strength score, provided its USD trend is bullish.
Portfolio Allocation: Allocates equity to the dominant asset, updating the system’s equity curve while tracking individual asset performance.
Visual Output: Presents data in three tables:

  • Table 1: Asset pair comparison matrix showing relative strength signals (green/red circles).
  • Table 2: Strength bars indicating each asset’s relative performance score.
  • Table 3: Comprehensive dashboard with asset scores, signals, valuations, risk ratios, drawdowns, and net profit.

Inputs
  • Assets: Choose up to five symbols (default: SOLUSD, SUIUSD, ETHUSD, BTCUSD, PEPEUSD).
  • Strategy Speed: Adjust the period for relative strength calculations (default: 2).
  • Thresholds: Set upper and lower bounds for bullish/bearish signals (default: 0.2/-0.2).
  • Colors: Customize colors for each asset’s visualization.
  • Start Date: Define when strategy calculations begin (default: 1 Sep 2023).
  • Display Options: Toggle visibility of individual asset equity curves.

Usage
Add UARS to your chart and configure the desired assets and settings.
Monitor the tables for the dominant asset and trend signals to guide trading or allocation decisions.
Use the equity curves and risk metrics to evaluate the system’s performance over time.
Best suited for traders managing multi-asset portfolios, particularly in crypto markets.

📝Notes
The indicator is non-overlay and displays in a separate panel, with tables positioned at the middle-right, middle-left, and bottom-center of the chart.
Performance depends on the chosen assets, timeframes, and market conditions. Always backtest and validate strategies before use.
Note di rilascio
Removed TVC, NASDAQ as the asset prefix.
Note di rilascio
The script has been updated to improve the responsiveness of the strength display.
Previously, the table reflected data with a delay of one bar. It now displays the strength based on the most recently confirmed bar, ensuring a more timely and accurate view of current conditions.
Note di rilascio
Removed CAPITALCOM and RAYDIUM from ticker prefix.
