HLR Indicator :
HLR Indicator is developed from the RSI Indicator. This indicator has benefits to support the technical analysis in many ways such as momentum divergence detection, overbought, and oversold. Modifying the source of the calculation from close to high for the bearish momentum detection, and close to low for the bullish momentum detection.
 The EMA or WMA is replaced the RMA in the method of the calculation.
