Standard Deviation-Based Fibonacci Band by zdmre This indicator is designed to better understand market dynamics by focusing on standard deviation and the Fibonacci sequence. This indicator includes the following components to assist investors in analyzing price movements:
Weighted Moving Average (WMA) : The indicator creates a central band by utilizing the weighted moving average of standard deviation. WMA provides a more current and accurate representation by giving greater weight to recent prices. This central band offers insights into the general trend of the market, helping to identify potential buying and selling opportunities.
Fibonacci Bands : The Fibonacci bands located above and below the central band illustrate potential support and resistance levels for prices. These bands enable investors to pinpoint areas where the price may exhibit indecisiveness. When prices move within these bands, it may be challenging for investors to discern the market's preferred direction.
Indecisiveness Representation : When prices fluctuate between the Fibonacci bands, they may reflect a state of indecisiveness. This condition is critical for identifying potential reversal points and trend changes. Investors can evaluate these periods of indecisiveness to develop suitable buying and selling strategies.
This indicator is designed to assist investors in better analyzing market trends and supporting their decision-making processes. The integration of standard deviation and the Fibonacci sequence offers a new perspective on understanding market movements.

Dynamic Sentiment RSI [UAlgo]The Dynamic Sentiment RSI is a technical analysis tool that combines the classic RSI (Relative Strength Index) concept with dynamic sentiment analysis, offering traders enhanced insights into market conditions. Unlike the traditional RSI, this indicator integrates volume weighting, sentiment factors, and smoothing features to provide a more nuanced view of momentum and potential market reversals. It is designed to assist traders in detecting overbought/oversold conditions, momentum shifts, and to generate potential buy or sell signals using crossover and crossunder techniques. By dynamically adjusting based on sentiment and volume factors, this RSI offers better adaptability to varying market conditions, making it suitable for different trading styles and timeframes.
This tool is particularly helpful for traders who wish to explore not only price movement but also the underlying market sentiment, offering a more comprehensive approach to momentum analysis. The sentiment factor amplifies the RSI's sensitivity to price shifts, making it easier to detect early signals of market reversals or the continuation of a trend.
🔶 Key Features
Dynamic Sentiment Calculation: The indicator incorporates a "Sentiment Factor" that adjusts the RSI length dynamically based on a multiplier, helping traders better understand market sentiment at different time intervals.
Volume Weighting: When enabled, the RSI calculations are weighted by volume, allowing traders to give more importance to price movements with higher trading volume, which may provide more accurate signals.
Smoothing Feature: A customizable smoothing period is applied to the RSI to help filter out noise and make the signal smoother. This feature is particularly useful for traders who prefer to focus on long-term trends while minimizing false signals.
Step Size Customization: A "Step Size" input allows users to round the sentiment RSI to predefined intervals, making the results easier to interpret and act upon. This feature allows you to focus on significant sentiment changes and ignore minor fluctuations.
Crossover/Crossunder Alerts: The indicator includes crossover and crossunder signals on the zero-line, helping traders identify potential buy and sell opportunities as the smoothed RSI crosses these levels.
The indicator offers a clear visual display with multiple color-coded lines and areas:
Sentiment RSI: Plotted as an area chart, color-coded based on sentiment strength.
Raw RSI: A purple line representing the raw adjusted RSI.
Smoothed RSI: A dynamic line, color-coded aqua or orange based on its position relative to the zero line.
Buy/Sell Signals: Triangle shapes are plotted at crossovers and crossunders, providing clear entry and exit points.
🔶 Interpreting the Indicator
Sentiment RSI
-This line represents the sentiment-adjusted RSI, where the higher the value, the stronger the bullish sentiment, and the lower the value, the stronger the bearish sentiment. It is rounded to step intervals, making it easier to detect significant shifts in sentiment.
- A positive sentiment RSI (above 0) suggests bullish market conditions, while a negative sentiment RSI (below 0) suggests bearish conditions.
Smoothed RSI
The smoothed RSI helps reduce noise and shows the trend more clearly.
Crossovers of the zero line are significant:
- Crossover above zero: Indicates that bullish momentum is building, potentially signaling a buying opportunity.
- Crossunder below zero: Signals a shift towards bearish momentum, potentially indicating a sell signal.
Traders should look for these crossovers in conjunction with other signals for more accurate entry/exit points.
Raw RSI (Adjusted)
The raw adjusted RSI offers a less smoothed, more responsive version of the RSI. While it may be noisier, it provides early signals of market reversals and trends.
Crossover/Crossunder Signals
- When the smoothed RSI crosses above the zero line, a "Signal Up" triangle appears, indicating a potential buying opportunity.
- When the smoothed RSI crosses below the zero line, a "Signal Down" triangle appears, signaling a potential sell opportunity.
These signals help traders time their entries and exits by identifying momentum shifts.
Volume Weighting (Optional)
- If volume weighting is enabled, the RSI will give more weight to periods of higher trading volume, making the signals more reliable when the market is highly active.
Strong Up/Down Levels (40/-40)
- These dotted lines represent extreme sentiment levels. When the sentiment RSI reaches 40 or -40, the market may be nearing an overbought or oversold condition, respectively. This could be a signal for traders to prepare for potential reversals or shifts in momentum.
By combining the various components of this indicator, traders can gain a comprehensive view of market sentiment and price action, helping them make more informed trading decisions. The combination of sentiment factors, volume weighting, and smoothing makes this indicator highly flexible and suitable for a variety of trading strategies.

Hybrid EMA AlgoLearner⭕️Innovative trading indicator that utilizes a k-NN-inspired algorithmic approach alongside traditional Exponential Moving Averages (EMAs) for more nuanced analysis. While the algorithm doesn't actually employ machine learning techniques, it mimics the logic of the k-Nearest Neighbors (k-NN) methodology. The script takes into account the closest 'k' distances between a short-term and long-term EMA to create a weighted short-term EMA. This combination of rule-based logic and EMA technicals offers traders a more sophisticated tool for market analysis.
⭕️Foundational EMAs: The script kicks off by generating a 50-period short-term EMA and a 200-period long-term EMA. These EMAs serve a dual purpose: they provide the basic trend-following capability familiar to most traders, akin to the classic EMA 50 and EMA 200, and set the stage for more intricate calculations to follow.
⭕️k-NN Integration: The indicator distinguishes itself by introducing k-NN (k-Nearest Neighbors) logic into the mix. This machine learning technique scans prior market data to find the closest 'neighbors' or distances between the two EMAs. The 'k' closest distances are then picked for further analysis, thus imbuing the indicator with an added layer of data-driven context.
⭕️Algorithmic Weighting: After the k closest distances are identified, they are utilized to compute a weighted EMA. Each of the k closest short-term EMA values is weighted by its associated distance. These weighted values are summed up and normalized by the sum of all chosen distances. The result is a weighted short-term EMA that packs more nuanced information than a simple EMA would.
TRAX Detrended Price StrategyIn this script, the "TRAX" (TRIX) indicator is calculated using the Volume Weighted Moving Average (VWMA) instead of Exponential Moving Average (EMA) like the standard TRIX. The Detrended Price is used to identify short term cycles with a rate of change verses the rate of change from a triple smoothed TRAX VWMA . The strategy is intended for counter-trend trading, meaning it tries to capture potential reversals.
1. Indicators Used:
TRAX is calculated using the Volume Weighted Moving Average (VWMA) of the logarithm of the closing price.
DPO (Detrended Price Oscillator) is calculated by taking the closing price and subtracting a simple moving average (SMA) of the closing price shifted back.
2. Crossover Conditions:
Longs occur when DPO crosses above the TRAX, with the TRAX trending below 0, and the stock is trading above an adjustable simple moving average. Shorts occur due to the inverse conditions.
3. Visualization:
This script plots the SMA and the TRAX-DPO Combined Oscillator.
It highlights the periods of zero-line crossover using a green background for potential long positions and a red background for potential short positions. However, it will trigger verified entries/exits in accordance with the SMA.
In conclusion, this fun prototype underwent a unique alteration using the Volume Weighted Moving Average and focuses on capturing shorter counter-trend cycles. You have the freedom to fine-tune the strategy by adjusting parameters and incorporating other analysis methods that resonate with your trading style and risk tolerance.
Trade Pro - Rejection Zone IndicatorThe Rejection Zone Indicator can be used to help trend following traders know when to buy dips in up trends, and when to sell pull backs in down trends.
The Rejection Zone Indicator is made up of the 20 and 50 period Exponential Moving Averages. This indicator has colored shading in between these two EMAs, which acts as a nice visual. When the 20 period Exponential Moving Average is below the 50 period Exponential Moving Average, the shaded cloud will be red, and when the 20 EMA is over the 50 EMA the cloud will be green. It is called the Rejection Zone indicator, because often in trends when price pulls back to the colored cloud, it will act as an area of support or resistance.
The suggested use of the Rejection Zone Indicator is to look for long trades when the cloud is green, and once price has pulled back into the green cloud. If the cloud is red one can look for short trading opportunity when price pulls back into the red cloud.
Fibonacci RibbonThe Fibonacci Ribbon (FibRib) creates two Fibonacci moving averages: essentially a Fibonacci WMA and a Fibonacci EMA.
The ribbon colors based on which is higher and where PA is relative to the ribbon.
Optional colored candles shades candles the same color as the ribbon.
PJBG - HMA Smoothed VWMA [HMASVWMA]Problem: (1) lag of traditional MA's, (2) lack of Volume data in traditional MA's, and (3) choppiness of traditional MA's.
Solution: apply hull formula tick to tick, simply at a factor of 1:1.
Result: Smooth and fast MA that has volume data baked in it.
Benefit: See trend changes fast, and if it is supported by volume. Pleasant to the eyes.
Explanatory note: hull ma's generally cannot be volume weighted because the volume will spike the line tremendously.
3GBH - Multiple MA'sIncluded in this indicator:
- Fast/Slow EMA's
- Fast/Slow SMA's
- Fast/Slow WMA's
- Fast/Slow HMA's
- Fast/Slow RMA's

RedK Slow_Smooth Average (RSS_WMA)RedK Slow Smooth Average (RSS_WMA) is based on simple, multi-WMA passes to generate a moving average that sacrifices low-lag and fast responsiveness for the sake of smoothness.
This smoothness enables an increased trader ability to visualize and track longer-term trends and removes the noise of smaller, relatively insignificant price fluctuations.
Notes:
=========
* RSS_WMA is deliberately built to be a "lazy line" - and it works in a different way to other common moving averages that attempt to achieve less lag and quicker responsiveness - the idea and the use scenario is to act as a "smooth base" when used against a faster moving average like the v_Wave of the Co_Ra Wave
* Note that the settings of this line is "Smoothness' and not "length" - the initial length used for the first WMA pass calculation is 1/3 of that smoothness value selected in the settings
* Increments in the combined smoothness value will be allocated first to 1st WMA pass, then 2nd WMA pass, then 3rd pass consecutively then back to 1st pass.
* because we utilize 3 WMA passes, a settings below 3 will have no effect on the line and it will just track the "source" price.
Suggested Use:
===============
- Use RSS_WMA when you're looking for a smooth moving average that can help you analyze you chart at a broader / macro level, visualize the broader price action patterns and filter out the noise from short-term moves. you can also use this line to help set your position exits since only major and persistent moves will cause this line, as lay as it is, to swing from one direction to the other.

VWMA / SMA / TEMA DifferenceThis Study try to simulate Weakening and Strengthening trends on Bear(down) or Bull(up) movements.
It looks to VWMA - TEMA trend for Bull / Bear trend and looking for SMA - VWMA trend for Weak / Strong trends.
On default settings Line shows the difference between VWMA - TEMA and Columns show difference between SMA - VWMA. Suggesting to use this script for 5m intervals.
This is a personal work of mine. Using this script and taking decisions regarding to this script is only and only under responsibility of the trader!!!
End Point Moving Average [CC]The End Point Moving Average was created by Patrick E. Lafferty (Stocks & Commodities V13 (413-417)) and it is essentially a variation of the weighted moving average but the weight system is different. Feel free to change the offset and length amounts to adjust to your needs but I'm using the default amounts in my script. This hugs the price very closely and I think you will enjoy this script as much as I had making it. As always buy when the indicator line is green and sell when it is red!
Let me know if you would like me to publish other scripts or if you want something custom done!
Note: I'm republishing this because the original script couldn't be found in searches so this will fix that.
Cubed Weighted Moving AverageThis is another indicator that I have created that is my favorite script yet for a weighted moving average. This indicator is very similiar to a classic weighted moving average but in this version I'm cubing the weights. It hugs the price very closely as you can see and of course buy when the indicator line is green and sell when it is red.
Let me know if you would like me to publish other scripts or if you want something custom done!
Variable Power Weighted Moving AverageThe Variable Power Weighted Moving Average was created by RedKTrader so make sure you follow them! This is a very handy indicator where you can change the weights of the weighted moving average yourself!
For an easy guide here are common values to use to convert this indicator into other indicators:
Power = 0 = Simple Moving Average
Power = 0.5 = Square Root Weighted Moving Average
Power = 1 = Weighted Moving Average
Power = 2 = Squared Weighted Moving Average
Try it out and let me know what you think!

Optimal Weighted Moving AverageThe Optimal Weighted Moving Average was created by Thomas Hutchinson and Peter G. Zhang, Ph.D. (Stocks & Commodities V. 11:12 (500-505)) and it is very similar to a classic weighted moving average but it uses the correlation between the input and the optimal weighted moving average output to use as the weights. Buy when the line turns green and sell when it turns red.
Let me know if you would like to see me publish any other scripts or if you want something custom done!
Squared Weighted Moving AverageThe Squared Weighted Moving Average is similar to the classic Weighted Moving Average but the difference is that it squares the weights instead of the classic weight values. Buy if the indicator line is green and sell when it goes red.
Let me know if you would like to see any more scripts from me or if you want something custom done!
Square Root Weighted Moving AverageThe Square Root Weighted Moving Average is similar to the classic Weighted Moving Average but the difference is that it uses the square root of the weights instead of the classic weight values. Buy if the indicator line is green and sell when it goes red.
Let me know if you would like to see any more scripts from me or if you want something custom done!
CryptoBandsGuru MultiColor Bollinger BandsHere are my Bollinger Bands that come with 2 std dev bands and a variety of moving averages. The bands can have shading between the bands and the middle section can be shaded.
Moving Averages include:
SMA
EMA
Weighted
Hull
Symmetrical
Volume Weighted
Wilder
Right now my 2 favorites are the Hull with a std dev of .5 and the Wilder with a std dev of 1.7 and 2.0.
You can get some really good signals buy putting both on the same chart. The faster Hull will move above and below the slower Wilder and show good price action.
CBG Rainbow Moving AveragesHere's my Rainbow Moving Average indicator. There are 41 MAs. I also have cross over signals based on 2 separate MAs. I like to use 20 ahd 50 Hull MAs for the signals but you can set those up independently.
Multiple Moving AveragesThis script plots up to five Moving Averages , either Simple or Exponential (9, 20, 50, 100 and 200 days period by default).
