2. Break out of a strong base
3. 2nd test and close above the level
4. Steep angle
5. should see show massive weekly volume, which we don't see here, it plays against us
6. break out above its 30 week moving average
Potential risk/reward ratio = 1 to 5.1 meaning that potential risk 100$ with the possibility to make 510$
