Ankr formed a bullish head and shoulders a few hours ago. Both the Stoch RSI and MACD have crossed to a bullish divergence on the 4hr as well right afterwards.

The $0.1652 price seems to be a very strong resistance as its tried crossing it 5 times now since the beginning of April. I'd say wait for the rally until it crosses that fib level. Until then scalp profits off of it as its a really good coin for that.
