AQB Bullish Pattern Forming

AQB has broke out of a channel and looks like it is forming a cup and handle (currently forming the handle) for a move higher. My target would be $17-$17.50 range. I think with the technicals and ARK fund purchasing lots of shares this is poised to make a run higher in the next few weeks
