might remain in the range if opens flat else if breaks any of levels up or down,
then target levels are given accordingly...
Also, additionally as per Elliot this seems to be forming wave 2 of an impulse wave 3
and if breaks upper level then a good fast move upside is expected as wave 3 of 3 is impulsive.
