Here we are at a somewhat weak resistance level, and will likely break through and start either a real rally in alts or an overall bleed through the cryptospace. Depends if institutional investors play things the same way 2018 played out. They could potentially play everyone and just pull USD or other fiat out of the market and buy back lower.
