Is Bitcoin looking bullish ?

I know this is a long shot and a pure speculation but is anyone else noticing a cypher pattern forming inside the ascending triangle. It’s a bit of a long shot, price falling back around 20k but I think we might be falling into a bullish few weeks or even months.

Please let me know your ideas on the current market conditions as this is just one of my many ideas. I would love to know how you know the chart as of now.
