Bitcoin- New ATH by year's end? I think so

After breaking above 12k important resistance, bitcoin had quite a bull run, quickly reaching its ATH zone. A sell-off followed from that zone (as it was normal) and a drop to 16k. Bulls regained control and Btc rose again to ATH zone. Now we have a higher low at 17.5k and the price is hovering above 18k at the time of writing.
In my opinion, the recent drops to 16k followed by 17.5k are just normal corrections and BtcUsd is building momentum for a break above 20k.
Dips should be bought and the cryptocurrency is in a strong bull trend as long as the price is above 16k now very important support.
I expect a new ATH by the end of this year and 25k would not surprise me much in the relatively short term.
