there is an Inverted Head and Shoulders pattern which has formed during a downtrend. The inverted Head and Shoulders pattern indicates that likely, a reversal of the current trend will occur after the formation of the H&S pattern has completed. To limit the risk of a fake-out, we only go Short after a candle closes Below the neckline. This would validate this (bearish) inverted Head & Shoulders pattern.
