Can't break out 20k

Hello, i'm a new trader not a expert one, but how much i learned i think we have failed to test 20.000$ and higher, now at daily timeframe we can see we have the rejection, and the price can go to 16,400$, but if we see weekly time frame we can se the 14k!, we will be patient and not rush till we se a clear info where are we going.

Please comment what u think about my idea.
