A bottom can only remain a bottom as long as both sides of the story propagate with the same path. When the symmetry of the path is broken a new tale begins. Now, when you consider the fractal nature of H&S patterns, you can see that the future will bring many potential neck line threshold that have to be conquered. I have projected the path of the "west side of the story" on our current situation. IF BTC is truly heading for a bull-run one might see the various levels of interest (orange lines) to keep forming H&S patterns required for the uptrend!
