I think this is what where looking at, all of these moves attempting to push it higher simply have no volume and so they fail. I would give a edge to the bears currently because of the big resistance in the upper ranges and general TA is in favor of them.
If we do go bearish then breaking 3930/3920 should lead to a heavy push down.
