Unconvincing move up over the past month and a half

Multiple lower highs on the RSI and decreasing volume over the past month and a half despite price increasing. Does not look convincing to me, along with teher manipulation could expect a big move down in the near future (September). Along with September being a historically bad month during the latter phase of a bull run.
