The ICO I'm looking for during this month will be NEX. It is a token on the NEO blockchain that will act as a security (you get reward on the revenu of the project) on a new decentralized exchange (DEX). We know that DEX will be a very big deal in 2018, hacks after hacks, the centralized exchanges have proven that they can't be trusted, but right now we have to admit that DEX are not attractive, at all. NEX want to satisfy traders and investors by giving an exchange with a centralized "trusted Off-chain Matching" system and the regular smart contract for DEX, this could allow 100k TPS, and knowing that the NEO blockchain also want to expand, the sky is the limit. So this would be cool for traders, and also for investors since it would act as a wallet (actually this is the team behind the NEON wallet so...). By staking the NEX token you would be able to gain from the fees, and trade.
They will start to trade NEP-5 token on the NEO platform, and then with ERC-20 on Etherum, but long term it can go to Cardano, and any other blockchain.
It is a 25 milion $ ICO, so there is a clear x10 short term, just hope BTC will climb back up before the ICO starts! :p
