Nota

We are looking at the 1 day chart of BTC. These are regression channels, a means of measuring the range and trend for a chart.

Typically traders will use the 2 standard deviations measurement - this gives them the trend and then within 2 standard deviations what values are still considered to be within that trend channel. We have also added a 3 standard deviations which will be even more inclusive.

Bottom line: What are we seeing?
We use this method to see if something is still within our current trend or if we have a reversal. BTC is at the cusp and at the edge, are we seeing a potential switch to the uptrend (from a previous downtrend)?
