Right now it is clear that we have seen the first 3 waves.
As we speak we could still be in the 4th wave, a close above the 11.1k would mean that the 4th wave is over and that the 5th wave has started, making 13k the target.
The bulls are back in the game though we can still see a retrace at this moment.
Since it is possible that we are still in the 4th wave, a retrace to around 10k is still possible.
