Bitcoin has been on a nasty downtrend for several months and does not seem to want to give up. We have seen it come back to the weekly Kijun which was flat since the end of June. As we all know the market always comes back to equilibrium.
The move from 3100 to 13900 was huge and the 0.618 is the golden retracement level of that move. I expect we get down to it or potentially see this level get front ran.
