All the indicators are looking bullish for CHR.
From the Harmonic patterns point of view is forming a cup.
We see the pennant formation. If the market is not strong this will be broken by the end. Alt seating seems to be starting as the BTC/alts dominance chart is looking good for altcoins. It means the market is strong for alts.
Historically, Q4 is usually bullish in this market so I assume the pennant formation will be broken from the middle as we are also having a "W" or a cup depending on the time frame we look at it.
