Index closed near 22730 level and Maximum Call and Put Writing near CMP as below in January Month contract:

Call Writing
23000 Strike – 0.63 Lakh
22900 Strike – 0.35 Lakh
23100 Strike – 0.30 Lakh

Put Writing
23000 Strike – 1.49 Lakh
22500 Strike – 0.72 Lakh
22800 Strike – 0.42 Lakh

Index has resistance near 22850 - 22900 range and if index crosses and sustains above this level then may reach near 23050 - 23100 range.

Index has immediate support near 22600 – 22550 range and if this support is broken then index may tank near 22450 – 22400 range. Gap down opening expected in anticipation of slow down in rate cut in US due to good employment data released on Friday evening.
