TA is a screaming buy (see chart with Elliott waves labelled); fundamentals very strong because US is expected to turn to Canada and Mexico for its growing power needs (manufacturing to be brought home) and this company is in a very strong position in both markets; the company is also just plain undervalued based on its revenue and margins; BlackRock just invested $500m

Should probably say that I am also considering the five wave move up in blue as an over-extended B wave; this would mean the current C wave could dip as low as $6.26. Personally, I am prepared to take this risk and buy now (my target to buy is $11.22) because I think the chart is meant to look scary to deter investors from buying this accumulation phase.
