I'm pretty sure we're going to see a new alt coin rally and Dogecoin will be part of it.
It you look at the weekly chart it's extremely coiled and it's only a matter of time before it rips.
My first TP is at around $0.15 where I will exit my position , wait for a retrace and go long again and hold until it reaches around $0.27-$0.28.
