The the US dollar index failed in 2 attempts to break above the 250 SMA, which means that the daily decline continues.
On the 1-hour chart, the dollar has not completed its trend reversal and remains in a downtrend channel. The first retracement did not enter the central, the second did not break the previous high and the downtrend continues.
With the downtrend intact, a pullback is the best opportunity to go short.
So when does the downtrend change?
The 1-hour chart of the decline appears divergence, after the retracement of the low above the previous low, you can enter to Long.
