DXY will go up and the down/ Bitcoin to +40k

As seen in the weekly graph, US Dollar Index has seen TD9 signal which is a signal for buy and stochastic RSI displays bullish signals. However, given that a novel Covid-19 aid package of 900 billion dollars has got through the US Senate, investors will probably consider moving their investments into more reliable and non-governmental assets rather than staying in cash. Therefore, in case if we get a weekly closure below 88.57 levels, I think bitcoin will moon.
