Well, there are always some edges/limits :)
It has to break 0.00011 resistance to be able to climb to 0.00013, where long term resistance is placed. But if also this one will be broken, it has free way (with some obstacles, of course) to reach 0.00020 and with proper pump also 0.00026 and maybe even higher. But these are speculations already :)
