alt coins dont have to inside the cup bitcoin does and btc still inside the triangle, altcoins only confirms it is still going to the point but at the end of the cup it uses that as support so eth will touch 1600 before february 2020 i think it will be in november thru december cause it needs to touch twice to make a cup and handle needs to come before february 2020 and use the cup as support in 2020 and do altcoin run in march. My understanding is now etherium will go 800 areas in october or by mid november
