ETH - Altcoins can fly if BTC moves horizontal or break ATH

All depends on bitcoin, if BTC can hold above 60,000 or just break the resitance at 64,931 then we will see a big run for altcoins and for bitcoin ofc.

Target for ETH is near 8,000.

I think we will tocuh 3.400 again and then reset the RSI and give MACD a space to make a run.
