On the daily, price is coming into trendline support + previous low area after hawkish FOMC announcement.
On the H4, price was not able to bounce even though Stochastic was indicating negative divergence. Hence, we could expect price to drop lower to 1st Support at 1.12040 just as Stochastic is coming into horizontal support.
