EURUSD - please look to the commercials. Their shorts are very close to the 10 years extreme while non commercials are bullish. IMO distribution will be played in the supply zone above the current range.

Non-C. - getting to the bullish extreme while Commercials accumulated extreme shorts. Non-commercials will start taking profits from longs and Commercials will start distributing their shorts. COT data are released once per week in Tuesdays and reported on Fridays, so it's not a great tool for timing our trades, but it can tell us what phase of the market we are now if we put it into the context with the charts.

It's not the tool which says buy now / sell now. You must build the sense of feeling it. And the only way to do it is to follow it week by week.
