EURUSD long entry signal based on pivot points

I would like to have an MT4 indicator that sends me a notification to my phone and via e-mail when we reach point D.

We could mark those points as a local high/low around places when RSI shoots above or below threshold level (80/20).

The conditions are for a long notification (short is the opposite):

• A < C
  
• B < D
  

Each time the indicator finds a new wave where both the hill and the valley are ascending, a notification should be sent.
