EURUSD short on daily possible breakout

I personally believe this pair has still to go down. Either way, a breakout is most likely to occur, either it is up or down.
I am trying for a short here but if that is not the case, a long will be.
TP1 on short would be .048
TP2 .038
On breakout, SL should be set above .055
