FLGT - Fulgent Genetics - High probable long opportunity

My chart is giving a very high probable signal that $FLGT is going to reach $120 - $130 levels soon. The rejection of the down move with a strong bull candle shows that conviction. I shall be watching this. I am recording this observation for my reference. Feedback welcome.
