As noted on the chart, the stock is within range of getting through major resistance at 10.47-10.65. Doing so, puts the stock in a position to gain 25-30%.

OPEC + decided to leave output at current levels for Feb 2021 - Oil is rallying to new highs. This is near 10.47 which is major resistance, once it gets through, I believe shorts will begin to cover and surge the stock to 12-13s.
