when we meet a LVN and have little volume, there is no interest to trade lower as one side stops aggressively participating.
LVN to the top of the last PoC = Expensive
LVN to the Bottom of the last PoC = Cheap
--these are only true if tested with low volume or that lack of aggressiveness for one side to cross the bid ask spread.
