GREATEC - 34% Potential to ATH and beyond
Greatech is one of my favorite stock to pick when it comes to technology sectoral play. Great net cash driven company, solid fundamental and very good sustainable project.
Fundamentally:
P/E: 31.37
ROE: 28%
Heavy net cash, with solid balance sheet and good profitbility.
Their major customer is First Solar, a US listed company which constitute of more than 80% of Greatech's revenue. Therefore, the prospects of Greatec's business is highly dependent on the demand and the performance of the solar sector. Recent COVID-19 have impacting the demand based on the US condition during COVID-19, but the technology is there to support future and beyond given more awareness to green technology.
Looking at the US where it started to re-open back the businesses, i do think the undervalued state during COVID-19 will immediately turned the other side. Technically even reaching to ATH with potential return of 34% and beyond.
This is a very good company to invest for long term.
