HUBC has not been listed for long, so we don't have a strong chart history to go off of. However, they recently were awarded multiple cyber security contracts and cyber security typically performs ok.
I like the trading volume on this stock and I like the current 4HR bottom signals on Cipher B. I also bought .54, so from a RISK perspective I'm currently ok.
