27 mag 2018You will know when to enter ICX when looking at the Daily. Even if you don't buy at the absolute lowest, don't worry about catching the knife. This is simply knowing when to get in and when to get out. Know when to hold 'em. Know when to fold 'em. Know when to walk away. Know when to run. I only sell to buy back more at a lower price on the projects I think have life longer term.
