Each time ICX has hit 30 on the daily RSI we've seen a bounce of at least 100%. If it happens again it would line up with the fib levels to go us a nice one wave inside of the larger cycle's 3 wave setting up a bigger picture to challenge ATH's and possibly set up a cup and handle to reach new highs.
