Price was in a downtrend at daily time frame and then it entered an accumulation phase, and made a matured bullish divergence indicating that bulls are finally waking up. A breakout from the accumulation phase confirmed bullish sentiments and now it freshly printed higher high is breached then we can expect a bullish reversal as per Dow theory.
