Is Nifty Gearing For Another New High?

Just now, while I was scanning the chart this afternoon, something caught my attention. It's the Nifty50 or India50 bullish pinbar on the H1 candle. I'm waiting for the close of the one hour chart confirming the formation of the bullish pin bar or hammer. If this market gearing for another new high?
