Micro cap at less than 100mm that's working with data sets for many years / Ai valuations of DDOG VERI APPN etc. even if comparable multiple was 1/2 that of peers it would translate into a $14.00 stock , low retail and institutional ownership but large mo fund just filed a position - their buying most likely drove this up the first 2x times and they may still be building. It's still being accumulated.
