IRCTC is a well reputed company who is by birth a PSU but by work it is a IT company.
As per there chart we totally see that IRCTC is in consolidation phase form last many months and now it it in verge of a breakout and as per Fibonacci Retracment new levels for the stock is 740 then 800 and 980 are the future levels.
