We were so close.
Some cruises had tested a soft reopening. Most were looking at a mid-2021 relaunch. But despite a heavily accelerated vaccine program, COVID isn't ready to let go just yet. Extending the channel bounds to +/- 3 deviations; we can see that - although very volatile - the channel is beginning to form.
We will see where it goes from here...
