Technical analysis: NEO/BTC is forming rising wedge with our last high in 3h chart. We can expect downard movement and
possible retrace to uptrend line before going up again. MACD showing tendence for bearish crossing, and also, volume is
on the lower side, so I don't think we will break resistance soon.
