NEO to $100 in 2-3Months?

Just finished up some analysis on NEO/USD I like to do these little measurements to help me kinda get a better prediction on where price could be heading. Looks like we have a longer build up of accumulation on this run the break out has high volume waiting on the test of this breakout to get a position.
We continue to get higher lows and higher highs within the accumulation zone. With my analysis when I see those higher highs and higher lows in the accumulation zone the breakout seems to be alot stronger in my opinion.
What do you guys think is it possible for a $100 NEO in 2-3 months? I think its possible if we can get some amazing news to back this.
