Numeraire | Again, It Is The Volume That Gives It Away...

Di AlanSantana
Just one simple indicator... Volume!

We are looking at Numeraire this time and we can keep it simple, there is no need to complicate things because we just want to know what is happening. We want to know what is happening in order to determine what will happen next. If we have to make it too complex, a hundred and one indicators, a thousand and one data points, it simply means that we are not truly certain as to what is happening and what to expect.

➖ We have a long-term higher low. That is, August 2024 vs June 2022.
➖ Also a long-term higher high. That is, March 2024 vs June/July 2022.
This gives us an ascending channel and thus a bullish trend.

We have a major correction this year, this is shown with ABC on the chart. The bottom of the correction shows no significant volume. Notice this. The correction hit a low and volume is really low. When Bitcoin hit a major low, bearish volume was super high. When a bearish move is set to end, the last low tend to produce relatively low volume.

Now, notice the action right after the correction low, it produces really high bullish volume.
This is a volume breakout.

We can also draw a cup pattern here or extract multiple additional signals; they will all say the same. These signals point to the start of a bullish wave. With that said, things can always change.

For example. There can be some growth followed by a very strong crash and a lower low compared to early August, and then the bullish resumes or really start. Something like a "shakeout." Things like this are always possible. For spot traders, just ignore. Buy and hold focusing on the long-term.

➢ Buy everything in 2024.
➢ Sell only in 2025 after everything grows.

Namaste.
