PEL cup and handle retracement complete

PEL broke out cup and handle formation few weeks before now it has retraced the horizontal level of cup and handle. The retracement is complete if it closes above the level postively this week.

The rally started.. The first target is 2000 and if it crosses, it may go up further.Nota
It worked perfectly and the stock gave a great return
