I have been accumulating QS for a while now and I will admit that I have had to average down a few times. The chart has been hard to read and has been manipulated many times to throw people like me off their scent. But I believe this stock is being accumulated just like PLTR was. Both stocks chart also show a lot of similarities and I have added PLTR fractal. I correctly predicted the bottom of PLTR and it has done well ever since.
