REC ltd is forming flag pattern which indicates upcoming uptrend. It has also retraced its path and covered 0.382 of 223.90 (highest point it touched before coming down). The volume with which it is moving down has also decreased and it is playing sideways. it will start moving up now and will easily reach 210.
